On the most popular menus in our selection is the Jyväskylä Menu. The menu is a part of the national Taste of Finland- concept that was launched with the basic idea of making Finnish cuisine more known.
Taste of Finland began in the year 2000, when Helsinki was the culture capital of Europe. This project has been a huge success and has inspired many restaurants throughout Finland to take part in it. Restaurant Pöllöwaari has been one of the participants since 2006.
