The time you selected may already be fully booked, or the restaurant may be closed. Please contact us by phone at +358 14 333 900, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
We primarily invoice partners and corporate clients, and invoicing must always be agreed upon in advance. Once agreed, we kindly ask you to provide your billing instructions and reference details. Invoices are sent primarily as e-invoices. A billing fee of €12.00 per invoice applies.
You can order the flowers of your choice through us, and the charge will be added to your restaurant or room bill. Please place your flower order at least one business day in advance.
There is an accessibility ramp in our courtyard providing entry to the restaurant. Wheelchair access is also available to the restroom area, and the women’s restroom is equipped with support rails. However, there is no designated accessible restroom. The hotel does not have an elevator, so it is not suitable for guests who rely solely on a wheelchair.
Of course! Children are very welcome and can choose dishes from the à la carte menu at half price. They are provided with their own tableware, bibs, and other essentials. There’s some small entertainment available, though no dedicated play area. The hotel also offers special children’s bed linens and a little surprise gift.
All our dishes are prepared using lactose-free dairy products, and gluten-free options are easily available. If you have multiple ingredient restrictions, please let us know in advance. Our three-course Green Menu is vegan, and longer menus—up to six courses—can be arranged by pre-order.
Generally yes — the portion sizes are smaller than on the à la carte menu, and the pace is slower, with breaks available if needed.
Of course. In that case, pricing will follow the à la carte list, so the total menu price may change.
It depends on your party and menu choices. Generally, three hours is sufficient for a four-course meal and two hours for a three-course meal. Please note that we serve the dishes by table groups to maintain quality. The kitchen can prepare about ten dishes at a time, which is typically the maximum table size.
Usually not, as the lunch and à la carte menus are separate. However, you’re always welcome to ask our staff — we’ll do our best to accommodate your wishes whenever possible.
The hotel has 11 parking spaces in the backyard and garage, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is free for guests who book directly with the hotel; for reservations made through booking platforms, the parking fee is €10/day. Registration takes place at reception.
There are also paid street parking spaces and parking garages nearby — P-Kolmikulma and P-Tori (approx. 300 m away).
You can reserve a specific parking spot in advance under your name for an additional €20/day.

The entire hotel and restaurant are pet-free. Pet-friendly rooms are available at our sister property, Hotel Verso.

Breakfast hours: Mon–Fri 6:30–10:00, Sat 7:30–11:00, Sun 8:00–12:00.
On weekends, breakfast includes a glass of sparkling wine.
Weather permitting, Viinipiha is open from morning until 10 p.m. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply a glass of wine there.
Yes, we do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible. Each room is unique – please contact us directly.
We have a few rooms suitable for two adults and two children. Suite 203 and the Mannerheim Room (305) include fixed extra beds/sofas. Some rooms, such as the Gustavian Room (205), can accommodate an extra bed.
Yes. We’ll make up the travel cot with beautiful linens for our little guest, and it’s free of charge. A potty is also available if needed.
An extra bed for children aged 3–12 costs €15 per night. For guests over 12 years old and adults, the extra bed fee is €45 per night.
Parking spaces are limited and free of charge for direct bookers. To guarantee a spot, we can reserve one for you at €20 per night and add it to your room bill.
Please order by filling out the form no later than the evening before. You can also pre-order by email (we’ll send you the form). Room breakfast €35 per person.
If you’d like to extend your stay beyond the regular check-out time, please check availability at the reception. It depends on the current booking situation.
Of course. The best time is usually around 2 p.m. Please schedule an appointment in advance to ensure the rooms you’re interested in are available.
Yes. Our sales team will arrange an appointment — please book a time in advance. We can also discuss your wishes and the menu during the visit.
Yes, you can enjoy a sauna during your stay. Room rates include a private one-hour sauna session per room — please book your time in advance. Complimentary sauna sessions apply to reservations made directly with the hotel (by phone, online, or email).
Yes. We’ll prepare a small breakfast and place it in your room’s minibar the evening before. Please inform the reception in advance.
We keep lost items for one month. Please contact the hotel directly. We can send the item by cash on delivery; the shipping fee is €35.
It’s possible if the room is available and cleaned. You can leave your luggage in storage. An early check-in fee may apply — please check with the reception.
By 12:00 noon. Late check-out may be possible depending on availability, with a fee of €15 per hour.
